SWOT analysis on Bazaar Malam Reko Sentral



SWOT analysis is the tool for auditing organization, processing information and its environment. It is used to plan and help marketers to emphasize on key issues. SWOT stands for strength, weakness, opportunity and threats. A strength is positive factor, weakness is the negative factors, opportunity is chance, a positive factor that can be created and threats is the negative factor that could happen. Strength: *Operating 6 days except on Monday
                *Strategic place, meeting point of cars from Jalan Reko, Bandar Baru Bangi and Bangi.

Weakness: *Traffic congestion and parking difficulties
                  *Not a wet market

Opportunity: * Promote unity of different races groups
                      * Create opportunity to promote culture to foreigners

Threats: *Can be a thread to normal clothes,fabric and accessories shopkeepers at Kajang town that
                reduces their business
