Responsibilities

• Conceptualize new ideas and provide design and artwork for advertising or promotional collaterals.

• Handle all projects from adaptation, amendment and resizing to final artwork.

• Assistance with the maintenance or company's website.

• Liaise with suppliers, purchaser, production team and marketing and sales department.

• Assists in marketing activities execution, marketing related administration and reports.

• Perform inventory management and devise promotions to reduce inventory whenever necessary.

• On-site press check whenever necessary.

• Any other tasks as assigned by Director.

Job scope:  Junior Executive


Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Art/ Graphic Design/ Creative Multimedia or any related disciplines.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign

• Experienced in website maintenance/design, social media, e-commerce and search engine will be advantage.

• Meticulous and has great organisation skills.

• Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.

• Able to work independently and multi-task.
